GA is at the leading edge of creating practical solutions to one of the most pressing challenges of our time - the future of work.

We are currently seeking a lead instructor for our full-time (12 week) User Experience Bootcamp, where students learn and practice skills and mindsets to take on new careers in product design roles.

This role plays a key part in shaping the skills, minds, and journeys of the newest generation of user experience designers through pioneering experiential education.

The User Experience Bootcamp consists of four units: Rapid Prototyping, Design Iteration, and Usability Testing; User Interface and Visual Design Foundations; Working on a Product Team; and UX in the Real World.

Learning is assessed through an assignment journal, two independent projects, and one team project. For the final course capstone, student teams partner with a local startup in a pro-bono capacity to solve a user experience problem.

This lead instructor will join us to guide students through a rigorous transformational journey, fostering career growth for individuals and helping employers cultivate top tech talent.

Responsibilities include preparing lessons and materials, providing meaningful and prompt feedback on student progress, and facilitating a dynamic collaborative classroom community.

You'll inspire students to persevere through learning barriers and drive their own continued learning beyond the curriculum.

Prior experience in user experience design, Figma proficiency, and teaching skills are essential for this role. A strong grasp of emerging features like Figma AI, real-time collaboration, developer handoff, and plugins is also required.

This role is based in Singapore and requires authorization to work in the country. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
