Job Overview

The Head of Arts & Education will lead and oversee a team of art teachers in curriculum development, implementation, and feedback. The role involves:

  • Department/school administration
  • High-quality admissions and ongoing student/parent counseling
  • Scheduling classes
  • Parent & student interaction
  • Providing feedback to our parents during parent-teacher meetings
  • Preparing reports
  • Curriculum planning, designing props, class preparation, and team supervision
  • Supporting and planning new initiatives
  • Driving school growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Fine Arts
  • Experience in running an arts department in a school or college
  • Preference given to teachers with IGCSE, IB, MYP experience
  • Degree in Education / Business management / Finance / Accounting / or relevant experience is a plus
  • Experience in school administration, teaching, and leading a team
  • Passionate about teaching and developing children
  • Energetic, outgoing individual with excellent communication skills
