Job Description:

  • Deliver, build and maintain Data Driven solutions core to Group Operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • This role requires a strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organisation's goal.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to excel in a quick-paced environment, multi-task & deliver to tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of delivery lead / management experience in large and complex, multi-geography, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Experience in agile methodologies.
  • Certification in PMP / certified scrum master / certified product owner is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Clarity & NWOW standards.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Role Specific Technical Competencies:
  • Delivery experience in technology or business programmes.
  • Strong change management principles / enterprise.
  • Programme management discipline, understanding of agile principles.
  • Stakeholder management skills, Strong Communications.
