Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned product designer to spearhead the development of exceptional user experiences across our decentralized finance (DeFi) products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and Deliver User Experience Strategies: Synthesize needs from cross-functional teams into comprehensive design deliverables.
  • Drive Design Innovation: Translate research insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features.
  • Support Product Development: Provide wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research to support the product development process.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, UX writers, and researchers to define initiatives and create thoughtful solutions.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly experienced product designer with at least 8 years of experience in product design, interaction design, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
