Designing exceptional user experiences is at the heart of this role. We're seeking a highly skilled Content Designer to craft engaging, intuitive content that brings our products to life.

About The Opportunity

In this key position, you'll bridge the gap between our users and our products, using your expertise in clear, concise writing to build trust and drive user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Craft compelling content for digital products, ensuring seamless user experiences through UI text, microcopy, error messages, tooltips, and onboarding flows.
  2. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, researchers, and developers to deliver content that enhances functionality and usability.
  3. Develop content strategies that align with our brand voice and tone, driving consistency across platforms and products while adapting to different user personas and business needs.
  4. Conduct user research, A/B testing, and content audits to analyze effectiveness, gather insights, and iterate on content solutions.
  5. Create and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure a cohesive content experience across teams and projects.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, Journalism, Communications, Translations or related fields.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with outstanding ability to write in English at a near-native level.
  3. Proven experience in various forms of writing, including content strategy, UI copy, microcopies, and user education.
  4. Experience in creating style guides, content frameworks, and working with diverse or global teams.
  5. Proactive problem-solving skills, focusing on identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner.
  6. Deep commitment to enhancing user experience, prioritizing user needs and insights into content creation.
