Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) that meets industry standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions for technical and quality departments;
  • Managing internal and external non-conformance issues, including providing resolution plans and tracking long-term containment strategies;
  • Liaising with headquarters and suppliers on quality-related matters upon customer request;
  • Participating in salvage stock management, notifying inventory reviews, and activating salvage plans as needed;
  • Planning and executing material inspection checks on incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials where applicable;
  • Maintaining product shelf-life management by coordinating with the factory to extend shelf life;
  • Leading new product management by executing monitoring plans and reporting to the technical in-charge;
  • Ensuring upkeep of customer baseline specifications;
  • Generating monthly quality reports and presenting them to management;
  • Producing monthly QA/QC stocks clearance and outstanding credit memo reports for the account department;
  • Compiling quarterly inherent reports for submission to headquarters;
  • Preparing NC accrual reports.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a monthly basic wage, transport allowance, AWS, and variable bonus.
