Job Title: Power Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Power Systems Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily business operations for our Power Supply Department. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for the company.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Power Supply Department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of substitute components and proficiency in component specifications.
  • Perform training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of staff.
  • Supervise both in-house and on-field technical staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
  • Monitor and schedule day-to-day technical operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Evaluate performance and ensure productivity of all technical staff.

  • Extensive experience in power systems management and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of substitute components and proficiency in component specifications.
