Job Title: Electrical Power System Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and controlling electrical power systems, working closely with the Chief Controller to ensure safe and reliable train services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and controlling electrical power systems via SCADA and iFIS systems
  • Coordinating with front-line maintenance staff to respond to tripping/fault occurrences
  • Carrying out emergency mode remote switching of Tunnel Ventilation Systems during fire & evacuation situations

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Facilitate power and ECS engineering work activities at night
  • Monitor alarms and tripping/fault occurrences with prompt coordination
  • Respond to tripping/emergency with priority to remote isolation and safe power restoration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering, Technician Electrical License (LEW Grade 8), and preferably 2 or more years of electrical working experience.

Skills required include:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Good Electrical Engineering knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of SCADA
