This involves proposing research topics, designs, and plans in Service, Operations, and Enforcement Management. Conducting research on key emerging trends and drawing insights contextualised for the Singapore public sector is a crucial aspect.

You will uncover citizens' insights using various research methods, including surveys, ethnographic interviews, and focus group discussions.

Translate research insights into learning products such as articles, videos, and infographics. Convene and facilitate communities to share best practices and pertinent issues and challenges for the public sector Service, Operations, and Enforcement Management communities.
