Job Title:
Senior Research Professional

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Research Professional to join our team. As a key member of our research group, you will be responsible for conducting research and development of new construction and pavement engineering materials. This includes carrying out tests on aggregate, asphalt, concrete, bitumen, emulsion, granular base/subbase, cement-treated base, and other construction materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Technical Manager on all research and innovation projects.
  • Carry out research and development of new construction and pavement engineering materials.
  • Conduct testing on various construction materials.
  • Assist in quality assurance and/or quality control of company products.
  • Prepare test reports for submission to clients.
  • Perform field pavement testing.
  • Assist in securing research fund and drafting proposals for tender submission.
  • Provide technical support for all companies in the Group.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of studies.
  • Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build effective interpersonal communication with colleagues.
  • Be able to work in a team with all colleagues to achieve business outcomes.
  • Good analytical skills on data and results collected.
