Job Title: Senior Research Professional

The role of the Senior Research Professional is to provide administrative support to the research teams, ensuring seamless execution of research programmes and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating research operations, grant management, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to research teams, including coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of research-related policies and standard operating procedures.
• Correspond with external stakeholders, including government agencies and other research institutions.
• Facilitate key performance indicators tracking and incident reporting.
• Coordinate grant applications and manage awarded grants.
• Gather and compile research metrics from clinicians and researchers.
• Monitor grant budget and cashflow projections.
• Draft progress reports and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree in Life Science, Biological Science, Biomedical Engineering, or other related discipline.
• Experience in corresponding with external stakeholders preferred.
• Experience with budget preparation and KPls reporting to agencies advantageous.
• Meticulous and responsive with excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Able to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines.
