Trade and Logistics Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for the execution of import and export related activities. This includes coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth delivery process.
To achieve this, the successful candidate will monitor shipment status and update customers accordingly. Good communication skills are essential in this role as the candidate will be required to communicate effectively with China agents and customers.
Besides these primary responsibilities, the Trade and Logistics Coordinator will also be involved in preparing shipping documents such as B/L, D/O, permits, etc. and ensuring proper and timely billing/vendor costing and closing of all job files.
Requirements:- Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients is vital in this position. Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Shipping/Forwarding Background: A background or experience in shipping and forwarding is considered an added advantage.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment is crucial in this role.
- Independence: As a Trade and Logistics Coordinator, the candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
