Senior System Designer for Rail Infrastructure

We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Senior Design Engineer to support the development of automatic train operation systems for urban rail networks.
">The ideal candidate will bring in-depth technical expertise in ATC system design, with specific experience in rolling stock interfacing, system simulation, and performance-critical subsystems.
">As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal integration and performance of the automatic train operation system throughout the project lifecycle.
">Responsibilities include leading and contributing to the design of CBTC GoA 4 ATC systems, creating and reviewing scheme plans, conducting headway simulations, defining and documenting rolling stock interfaces, and integrating ATC systems with critical onboard functions.
">You will collaborate with rolling stock manufacturers, system engineers, and software teams to ensure cohesive system integration and participate in lab testing, system validation, and on-site commissioning activities.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Railway Engineering, or a related technical field.
">Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in signalling or train control systems, ideally within CBTC or advanced ATC environments.
">Proven experience with CBTC scheme planning, system-level headway simulation, rolling stock interface definition, integration of traction and braking control, vehicle communication networks, and strong knowledge of RAMS principles.
">Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Microstation, DOORS, and signalling simulation platforms is highly desirable.
