Commercial Sales Representative - Japanese Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Japan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our subscription services to clients in the region.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong commercial acumen. They will be able to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capture new markets.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and develop sales opportunities through research and analysis of market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to grow revenue and increase account value.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture new markets.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring timely and efficient execution of contracts.
- Use CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong commercial mindset, with ability to think creatively and strategically about sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in Japanese and English languages.
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
