Barista Supervisor Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Barista Supervisor to join our team.

  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare coffee and non-coffee based beverages to the highest standard.
  • Assist with Ordering and Inventory Management: Assist with ordering, cashiering, and inventory management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Food Service: Prepare and serve a simple hot food menu to our guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Support Staff: Assist and support staff in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Scheduling and Training: Manage staff scheduling and training to ensure that all staff members are equipped to provide excellent service.

About This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages. You will handle cashiering and ordering, prepare simple hot food items, and deliver exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a relevant industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills to effectively manage staff and deliver results.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to multiple locations as required.
  • Coffee Knowledge: Basic barista skills with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
  • Attitude: Pleasant, positive attitude, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
