Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems.

You will identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and business analysts to ensure timely resolution.

Additionally, you will perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across different software instances.

Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of software functionalities, configurations, and customizations is also essential for this role.

Furthermore, you will participate in release management activities, including smoke testing and post-deployment validation.

Lastly, contributing to the improvement of QA processes and best practices is crucial to our team's success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on software platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce testing tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
