As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain robust testing environments, frameworks, and plans for functional and non-functional testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage testing plans for products.
- Advise on Quality Engineering best practices and workflow.
- Provide oversight for testing plans and methods across the full life cycle.
- Lead a team to identify blind spots, triage problems, and take corrective actions.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in cloud computing, internet, SaaS, and/or eCommerce.
- Experience working in agile environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in databases (relational or non-relational) and scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks like Selenium, Appium, and Robot Framework.
- Ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams that practice Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.
- Strong understanding of Behaviour-Driven Development and Test-Driven Development.
- Basic programming skills to write simple code for testing.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
