Job Opportunity

A senior-level professional is sought after to spearhead a specific segment within a practice focused on a particular industry, service line, technology center, or specialty area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing three key aspects of the practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management, and sales enablement. They will oversee profit and loss responsibility or financial/expense management of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking for the Oracle Banking Services practice in the Asia Pacific/India region, focusing on tier 1 banks in Singapore.
  • Identify, develop, and define Oracle Banking solutions that cater to customer business requirements in their digitization agenda around corporate remittances, SWIFT and SFMS, trade & supply chain finance, virtual accounts, and liquidity management.
  • Understand customers' business and IT strategic requirements and identify transformational opportunities to assist them in achieving their strategic goals.
  • Manage customers' experience migrating from existing platforms to new platforms for trade finance products.
  • Build customer loyalty through establishing trusted advisor relationships.
  • Gather and assess customer needs, both business and technical, and translate them into Oracle solutions.
  • Translate gaps between current tech landscapes and strategies into project plans/roadmaps.
  • Enhance clarity on business requirements; challenge and validate business demands to ensure high-quality solutions are created.
  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and other customer and internal communications during opportunities.
  • Think outside the box to support business delivery of strategic objectives rather than just responding to predefined requests.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
  • Contribute to overall architecture and design, collaborating closely with the enterprise architect.
  • Champion the vision and strategy with the team and facilitate decision-making processes.
