Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Legal Counsel at Razer, you will be part of a dynamic Legal team that supports the company's operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Drafting, analyzing, negotiating, and completing complex commercial transactions with customers and strategic partners across assigned Razer business units.

* Handling corporate and commercial legal matters, including Chinese language contracts, and providing support to Razer's offices in the PRC and Taiwan.

Pre-Requisites:

* Be a Singapore-qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE and above with a leading law firm.

* Be bilingual with relevant PRC experience.

* Have a strong background in all facets of corporate and commercial law, and exposure to MNC consumer technology business is strongly preferred.

* Experience in supporting supply chain management, logistics, distribution, and sales and marketing functions.

* Experience in supporting infosecurity/IT/software would be a plus.

* Have exceptional teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills to manage stakeholders and provide effective legal support.
