Job Overview
This role is for a SAP FICO Specialist to provide 2nd level support to internal key users on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in supporting SAP FICO, as well as experience in providing user training on the system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving D365 F&O issues, as well as offering trainings to internal key users to increase their knowledge on the system. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to converse in Mandarin to liaise with China and Taiwan teams.

The job requires a flexible working arrangement, with remote reporting and two days of work-from-home per week. Good benefits and a competitive salary package are offered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd level support to internal key users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) system related queries.
  • Provide user training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to staff.
  • Identify, diagnose & resolve D365 F&O issues.
  • Offer trainings to internal key users to increase knowledge on the system.
