Senior FICO Implementation Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch application support for the SAP FICO modules within the S/4 HANA environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling modules.
  • Provide incident recovery, problem tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents.
  • Determine issue type from first-level support and perform second-level investigation.
  • Track contact centre tickets to identify technical issues and resolve them or escalate to responsible teams.
  • Work effectively in a cross-functional environment and integrate with other IT teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP FICO support.
  • Hands-on experience in S/4 HANA is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with finance and accounting processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP FICO and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
