Job Overview

Foster a Culture of Care and Trust:

  • Develop strategic plans and frameworks to promote collaborative professionalism, continuous learning, and mentorship within the Centre.

Drive Operational Excellence:

  • Enhance Centre operations while adhering to industry regulations.
  • Develop strong processes in key areas such as governance, partnerships, curriculum, and pedagogy.

Lead by Example:

  • Model the Centre's mission, vision, and values.
  • Oversee the well-being of all staff in the Centre.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Early Childhood Education and Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership and Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent recognized by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in managing Pre-school Centres preferably in AOP.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience preferably with bigger capacity.
  • Supervisory experience with good communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate.
