Job Opportunity
">We are looking for a Senior Nurse with Palliative Care experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care with a patient-centric and compassionate approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver palliative care services to patients in acute and community settings.
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with professional guidelines.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs and provide physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual support.
- Develop and display high-level clinical and technical palliative care expertise.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing or State Registered Nurse certificate.
- Relevant Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Relevant clinical experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
