
Industrial Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with extensive expertise in specialty products and services within the assigned TIC portfolio and deep knowledge of the Singapore industrial market.
They will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, especially in new business development, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and drive growth.
In this key role, they will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, acquiring new accounts aggressively, and maintaining client relationships to drive revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts and maintain existing ones.
- Promote and sell UL services with a consultative approach, leading presentations, handling objections, preparing quotes, and closing deals.
- Build and manage prospect pipelines, overseeing the new business process from prospecting to close.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Extensive expertise in specialty products/services within the assigned TIC portfolio and deep knowledge of the Singapore industrial market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, especially in new business development.
