Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and handling full sets of accounts for different clients, ensuring timely records of accounting transactions. They will also be responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, monthly HR/Payroll processing, and quarterly GST filing.

The candidate will also be responsible for checking, verifying, and processing expenses submitted by clients, ensuring all payments and receipts are properly authorized and recorded in accordance with accounting best practices.

In addition, the successful candidate will prepare accounting schedules, reconcile accounts, manage cash flow reports, and ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.


Qualifications and Experience Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Pursuing or Qualifications in ACCA, or Accounting, Tax or Business Degree/Diploma
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience for Senior Associates in Accounting related environments
  • Experience supervising staff/team is required

Preferred Skills

Candidates should have knowledge of Singapore compliance laws with ACRA, IRAS, and CPF Board, good knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud-based accounting and payroll software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and/or JustLogin, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
