Job Title: Accounts Executive

This is a highly skilled role that involves handling full sets of accounts independently, preparing and filing GST reports, liaising with auditors, tax agents, customers, and vendors, and performing related duties as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle full sets of accounts independently.
  • Report directly to the Finance Manager.
  • Prepare and file GST reports.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, customers, and vendors.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Accountancy and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel. A good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations is also essential.

A strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting are required. Additionally, the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively is necessary.
