Accounting and Tax Associate

This role involves handling a full range of accounts and schedules in compliance with relevant accounting policies. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team.

  • Client corporate and payroll matters, including staff claims and maintenance of leave records will be handled by the successful candidate.
  • Financial statements will be prepared in compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations, as well as any other reporting requirements.
  • Taxes, both direct and indirect (GST and withholding tax), will be prepared and submitted by the candidate.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of continuous experience in accounting and tax within a professional firm in the past 5 years is required.
  • A positive and proactive work attitude, along with multi-lingual communication skills, are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in using cloud-based accounting software such as XERO, QuickBooks Online, and Jaz AI is essential.
  • The ability to infuse play into day-to-day work and make it enjoyable is also important.
