Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our restaurant crew. As a service crew member, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Your role will involve greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately, and communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service. You will also be responsible for preparing simple food and beverage items, adhering to all food safety and health regulations, and performing cash handling duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and relate them to the kitchen in a timely manner.
  • Prepare simple food and beverage items, such as drinks, parfaits, and other desserts, as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
  • Cashiering duties and other ad-hoc duties.
