Your Responsibilities:

  • Work directly on or around the open-fire grill, managing heat and timing for optimal flavour and texture.">
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in mise en place, service, and kitchen cleanliness.">
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards according to SFA and internal SOPs.">
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.">
  • Participate in daily prep, service, and post-service duties with a proactive and professional attitude.">
  • Receive and store deliveries properly, maintaining stock rotation and quality checks.">

  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience in a refined or upscale restaurant setting.">
