In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our club and leisure services, including staff management, customer service, and facility maintenance.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve operational objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor facility usage and make adjustments as necessary to meet customer demand.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in facility management, preferably in the sports or recreation industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
