Job Title:

Key HR Professional

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources. Your role will involve strategic planning, employee relations, recruitment, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and success.
- Collaborate with management to ensure that company policies are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
- Recruit and select high-caliber talent to fill various positions within the organization.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee data, benefits, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree in Business Administration.
- Good knowledge of MOM law regulations, Employment Act, and employment practices in Singapore.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin required for liaising with Chinese associates.
