We are seeking a Human Resources professional to drive organizational success through effective collaboration and proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the full cycle of recruitment from job postings to onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive environment by serving as the main point of contact for employee concerns, mediating workplace conflicts and disputes, and ensuring consistency in performance management.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs, create development programs to enhance employee skills, and organize leadership training and succession planning initiatives.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies, updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures, and managing compensation structures, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • HR Data & Analytics: Maintain and analyze HR metrics, providing reports to guide decisions on recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a leadership role.
