Lead Technology Vision

As a seasoned Chief Technology Officer, you will spearhead the company's technological strategy and product development. You will report to the General Manager of a Group responsible for various communication products.

Main Responsibilities:

· Product Development (Primary Focus)

Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field

· Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in product development

· Proven experience in communications technologies (radio, satellite, cellular) is highly preferred

· Deep knowledge of product management frameworks and lifecycle management

· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects

· Experience with AI technologies and their application in product development is an advantage

· Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with company goals

· Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of managing technical teams
