Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological strategy and execution. This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader who can drive innovation, scale our technical operations, and build a high-performing engineering team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the overall technology strategy, aligning it with the company's business goals and long-term vision.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and tools to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
  • Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across all engineering functions, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a fast-paced technology company, preferably within a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Strong track record of successfully building, scaling, and managing high-performing engineering teams, particularly in a growth phase.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting and expanding an engineering team, including data scientists, AI/ML specialists, and various engineering roles.
  • Deep technical expertise across various domains, including software architecture, cloud platforms, data management, and cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of AI/ML methodologies and data science principles.
