Job Summary:

This Senior Technical Services Specialist role is a critical position that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical or electrical engineering principles and experience in technical services, system design, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and submit comprehensive technical proposals, compliance matrices, datasheets, and tender documentation.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to ensure solution alignment.
  • Coordinate with project teams and consultants to validate technical submissions against specifications.
  • Conduct site surveys, gather critical data, and perform technical evaluations for system design.
  • Select optimal products/systems based on technical feasibility and client needs.
  • Execute system testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex product/system issues (hardware/software).
  • Maintain accurate hardware/software databases and compliance trackers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
  • Possess basic knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM tools, HVAC, BMS, CRAC, or building systems technical support is an advantage
  • Training Provided for those lesser experience
