We are seeking a skilled technical service professional to join our team. As a technical service specialist, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, supporting, upgrading and maintaining company equipment.
Key responsibilities include:

- Install, service, support, upgrade and maintain company equipment.\
- Perform a variety of moderate to complex assignments, diagnose equipment problems and make repairs or adjustments.\
- Understand system parameters and interactions to allow process development and extensive electronic/mechanical troubleshooting on the equipment.\
- Attend weekly meetings and presentations.\
- Write technical reports.\
- Handle specific jigs during service jobs.\
- Assist senior colleagues in performing higher-level jobs like robot teaching & subunits.\
- Perform 24x7 standby duties based on roster.\
- Perform ad-hoc shift work when required.\
- Perform ad-hoc delivery work.
Requirements: We require a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
- \
- A diploma in electronics/electrical/microelectronics engineering.\
- Cleanroom working experience is preferable but not mandatory.\
- Proficient in machine setup/installation/modification/servicing/trouble shooting/repair.\
- Willing to travel occasionally.\
- Able to work irregular hours when required.\
- No experience is welcomed to apply; training will be provided.\
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.\
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively with team members and customers.\
- Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills.\
- Requires good communication skills, documentation and customer service skills.
