Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist

">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical service and support to our clients.

">Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, commission, and validate analytical instruments on-site.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting for advanced laboratory equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Provide technical training to laboratory personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Prepare accurate service reports, technical documentation, and recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to meet project deliverables.
">Customer Support & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships in Singapore and regional markets.
  • Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and remote channels.
  • Address service concerns and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for service contracts, upgrades, and spare parts sales.
  • Participate in technical reviews, customer presentations, and joint activities.
