We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead application development and cloud-based initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects, working in Agile environments, and delivering solutions on AWS cloud platforms.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Manage application development and enhancement projects across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.
  • Drive Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions, primarily on AWS.
  • Manage vendors and third-party service providers for project delivery and support.
  • Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance with IT policies and standards.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, ensuring effective mitigation and resolution strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Strong track record in managing application development projects.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or AWS certifications will be advantageous.
