Job Title: Associate - Client Services

At Interactive Brokers, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate - Client Services to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services group, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients from around the globe.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels, including email, ticket, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary platforms, including trading systems and administrative portals, to educate clients on our self-service and highly automated business model.
  • Assist clients in navigating the entire trading cycle, including funding processes, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculations, and statement reconciliations.
  • Troubleshoot client issues, take ownership, and escalate as necessary, collaborating with internal teams such as Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT, Cashiering, Clearing, and other service groups worldwide.
Qualifications:
  • Strong product knowledge in Equities, Options, Futures, and FX.
  • A self-starter with a highly analytical and critical thinking mindset.
  • Ability to handle stress, work independently, and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a strong plus).
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience at a global financial institution (new graduates with a strong grasp of core competencies will also be considered).
  • Preferably licensed with CMFAS 1A, 2A, 6, and 6A or able to obtain within a short period after joining.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel; Bloomberg, UNIX, and/or basic programming experience a plus.
  • Candidates with prior experience in client services, middle/back office operations, compliance, electronic trading, and fund administration will be given priority.
