Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, with a proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR activities for assigned business units, ensuring seamless integration with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with line departments to provide strategic advice and support on key HR initiatives.
- Assist in payroll, compensation & benefits, rewards, and performance management processes, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.

- Developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders, HR teams, and external partners.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting HR functions.
Key qualifications include:
- Minimum degree in Business or Human Resources, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, management, and retention, as well as employee relations and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
