The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing financial data, including accounts receivable and payable.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including bank reconciliations and audit schedules.
  • Filing of quarterly Goods and Services Tax reports and corporate secretarial documents.
  • Liaising with external auditors and handling ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and responding to their queries in a professional manner.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 12 years of bookkeeping and full-set accounting experience.
  • Experience in a professional firm, preferably with exposure to GST, CIT, or financial statement compilation.
  • Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • Proactive and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Pleasant personality and organized.
