Job Description

The Platforms and Architecture Leader is a key role that oversees the evolution of enterprise IT architecture and technology roadmap, ensuring agility, simplicity, and integration. This individual will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise architecture, application development, and system integration.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure enterprise solutions.
  3. Drive the evolution of the enterprise IT architecture and technology roadmap.
  4. Oversee the design, implementation, and support of enterprise applications.
  5. Develop and lead the enterprise-wide application strategy.
  6. Provide architectural oversight and governance for large-scale initiatives.
  7. Conduct technology evaluations and proof-of-concepts for emerging platforms and frameworks.
  8. Establish and enforce technology policies, standards, and best practices.
  9. Manage stakeholder expectations and cultivate strong relationships across business units and external vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership.
  • Deep experience in managing and supporting large-scale COTS implementations.
  • Minimum 10 years in people management roles, leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience in modern technology stacks, APIs, and enterprise integration tools.
  • Strong program delivery background in complex transformation initiatives.
