Job Title: Strategic Enterprise Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive corporate strategy and performance management in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans, aligning teams, and overseeing financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop regional strategies, work with national agencies, and translate policies into actionable workplans.
  • Align divisions with strategic goals, support KPI development, and curate submissions to the Group.
  • Oversee cost centers, manage procurement processes, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Supervise and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Ensure office management tasks are completed to maintain a safe and supportive workplace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Required; post-graduate qualifications desired.
  • Work Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong project management, analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience in corporate & strategy planning, data governance, and performance management.
