Job Description

As a seasoned Trading Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of FinTech in Singapore. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and innovation.

About This Opportunity

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document product/feature requirements, user stories, workflows, and technical needs for internal stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities will include supporting the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and iteration.
  • You will conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritizing and managing the product backlog will be crucial in ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
  • You will assist in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measure product performance post-launch.
  • Participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives with the development team is expected.
  • You will help identify and resolve product issues, risks, and roadblocks early.
  • Staying up-to-date on FinTech trends, trading technologies, and customer needs is essential.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in the trading space is required.
  • Experience with Agile/Hybrid methodology is necessary.
