We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our financial functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit weekly capital reports to senior management.
- Conduct monthly FCD reviews and prepare recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee fixed asset capitalization and disposal processes.
- Compile administrative data for surveys and grant submissions.
- Must have a degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Prior experience in fixed assets management in a multinational corporation environment.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills:- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of tax, payroll, accounting systems, and bank reconciliation.
- Experience with financial statements, compliance, and audit.
- Familiarity with fixed assets and financial reporting.
