Job Overview:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely payment from customers\
  • Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to resolve any issues that may arise\
  • Maintain a strong background in accounts receivable management\
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments\
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets\
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency\
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)\
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans\
  • Perform other duties as required\

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills\
  • Strong background in accounts receivable management\
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines\
  • Strong organizational and time management skills\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\
  • Knowledge of accounting software and systems\
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment\
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or finance preferred\
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field\
