This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and help small- and medium-sized businesses grow and thrive in today's dynamic marketing environment. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing new customer portfolios, delivering outstanding onboarding experiences, and working cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to ensure seamless handovers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and consultative skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a passion for sales, knowledge of online media, and a commitment to maximizing customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new customer portfolios for six months to set them up for success with their digital advertising journey.
  • Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver customer handovers.
  • Implement ways to improve customer relationships and share performance-enhancing suggestions.
  • Provide advice to help advertisers get the return on their investment by working with them in a consultative role.
