Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

Assist with procurement support services, including ITT, ITQ, PO management, goods receipt, and invoice handling. This includes:

  • Processing and verifying invoices in accordance with standard procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for financial and audit purposes
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth invoice processing and timely payment

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and be proficient in MS Office applications. Familiarity with Workday is an added advantage.
