Job Title: LLM Data Acquisition and Production Specialist
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled LLM Data Acquisition and Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of AI agent safety challenges, excellent product management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop methodologies for data production and acquisition, ensuring high data quality while maximizing effectiveness and efficiency of data pipelines.
- Collaborate with technical teams to locate potential gaps and conduct relevant mitigations for safety alignment, including but not limited to SFT/RL training.
- Cooperate with the evaluation team to understand the impact of safety alignment trainings and iterate the evaluation framework to better fit actual scenarios.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A solid understanding of AI agent safety challenges, such as in AI Search and tool use scenarios.
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager or product strategist.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
