Large Language Model Data Acquisition and Production Specialist

As a key player in the development of Large Language Models (LLMs), we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an LLM Data Acquisition and Production Manager. This role offers the opportunity to drive the production and acquisition of high-quality data for international markets.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will oversee operational workflows for code-related projects, ensuring efficient execution and effective data production strategies. They will collaborate closely with technical teams to guarantee high-quality data and optimize efficiency.
This role involves exposure to potentially sensitive content, including hate speech, harassment, self-harm, suicide-related content, violence, cruelty, and child safety issues.
Responsibilities- Oversight and improvement of data production and acquisition methodologies.
- Collaboration with technical teams to ensure high-quality data and efficiency.
- Development of evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of safety alignment trainings.
- Strong understanding of AI agent safety challenges.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a product manager or product strategist.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong interest in LLMs and human behavior/experience/wellbeing.
- Collaborative team players who know how to assertively advocate for their ideas.
- Equipped with a computer science background or coding skills.
